They let you know they have wind/ rain jackets (optional) but they don’t tell you that you will get drenched and keep your important/ valuable stuff covered. They don’t ask if you have back problems. My back and inner thighs suffered from the rough waves and very bumpy ride. The weather condition was rough and poor and it was known to the tour operators that we are can’t make it to the blue cave or the planned…”

I called Viator to ask them if they can return for my family as we were celebrating my daughter’s 16th birthday. They said no to return, reschedule or refund. Don’t book with them as most tours companies email prior to the trip and call as well. They didn’t do none of this and kept my money. Viator did nothing as well. I had booked many times with Viator and never had an issue like this causing my family and I such stress on our vacation! Terrible customer service!”
